History

The Millad Azerbaijan Flour Company was established in the East Azarbaijan province in 2000 with the goal of becoming one of the country's leading producers of flour. In 2016this company started to build wheat storage silos with 25 thousand tons capacity which were utilized by the August of 2017. In addition to being distinguished in terms of technology and maintaining the superior quality of its products, the company has been focusing on quality regarding the satisfaction of customers. To serve this purpose, several measures have been taken like continuous increase in production capacity over the past years, the diversification of products. Research center, laboratory and a specific sector for quality control have been also developed and utilized.

Capacities

In order to diversify its products in accordance with customers' needs and demands, the Millad Azerbaijan Flour company has produced several specialized types of flour in addition to Bakery flour which are Lavash and Taftoon flour, Sangak flour, Barbari flour, null fantasy flour, and whole flour. Some of specialized types of flour produced by the company are as following: several kinds of null flour for cake, special null flour for cake, special null flour for cookie and waffle, special null flour for all kinds of biscuit, Salted null, special flour for baklava, special null flour for Yufka and so on. It has also produced special flour for pasta and lasagna.

Goals

The management of the company of Millad Azerbaijan Flour is committed to the factory's Goals and to improve the quantity and quality of production in accordance with the following objectives:
• To increase production from 240 tons flour per day to more than 600 tons by using new equipment and latest science
• To improve the quality of produced flour by using new machines and continuous training of technicians and cooperation with experienced consultants
• To put constant effort to maximize the productivity of the facilities
• Attempting to reduce the wastes
• To increase the diversity of specialized products in accordance with the needs of customers
• To train staff at all levels to enhance the quality of production
• Realization of export to the neighboring countries
• To upgrade of wheat storage silos capacity to 60,000 tons
• To develop relevant and complementary processing industries

R&D

Research and Development

Research and development is a concept that has been seriously addressed since the ٢٠th century and is referred to as a set of constructive activities derived from a systematic basis aiming to increase human knowledge and social culture and to this knowledge into practice. In the field of production, research and development mean moving towards a bright future and using scientific research for long-term activities in science and technology. Most important objectives of research and development include gaining knowledge, finding potential applications for findings, enhancing welfare and improving the competing ability both within the country and abroad. Milad Azerbaijan company has also taken important steps to improve the R & D aspect of production, as of other aspects, and therefore has established the R & D department of its own.
