About Milad Flour

history

The Millad Azerbaijan Flour Company was established in the East Azarbaijan province in 2000 with the goal of becoming one of the country's leading producers of flour . In 2016 this company started to build wheat storage silos with 25 thousand tons capacity which were utilized by the August of 2017. In addition to being distinguished in terms of technology and maintaining the superior quality of its products, the company has been focusing on quality regarding the satisfaction of customers. To serve this purpose, several measures have been taken like continuous increase in production capacity over the past years, the diversification of products. Research center, laboratory and a specific sector for quality control have been also developed and utilized.

Capacities

In order to diversify its products in accordance with customers' needs and demands, the Millad Azerbaijan Flour company has produced several specialized types of flour in addition to Bakery flour which are Lavash and Taftoon flour, Sangak flour, Barbari flour, null fantasy flour, and whole flour. Some of specialized types of flour produced by the company are as following: several kinds of null flour for cake, special null flour for cake, special null flour for cookie and waffle, special null flour for all kinds of biscuit, Salted null, special flour for baklava, special null flour for Yufka and so on. It has also produced special flour for pasta and lasagna.

Flour Mill Company of Azerbaijan is a manufacturer of flour and biscuits for improving the quality of its products and reducing occupational hazards and environmental pollution using ISO 10004: 2012, ISO 22000 2005, HACCP, OHSAS18000: 2015, ISO14001: 2015, ISO 9001: 2015 standards. , ISO 50001: 2011 For continuous improvement of activities, it is bound to and undertakes to observe the following:
• Raising customer satisfaction by taking into account three more production principles, better quality and more affordable prices
• Continuous training of employees and increasing their productivity
• Implementation of safety and environmental standards and regulations for preventing accidents and controlling risk factors and environmental factors.
• Group effort to optimize energy management, resource conservation, continuous improvement and waste reduction
• Compete with domestic and foreign companies and presence in international markets
• Observe all legal requirements for food safety
Managing the company, taking into account the above policy and ongoing reviews of the objectives of the integrated management system, seeks to work with all the staff of the staff along the right path to pave the way for our country to lead a brilliant way in this industry, the demands stated in this line The policy should be studied and understood by the staff and is enforceable at all levels of the company. The vision of the company is to increase its flour production to 600 tons per day, also to extend the capacity of wheat silos to   60000     tons which will give the company the capacity to cover all the provinces of the country and export to other countries.
